Account Information
Any person that makes a request for information on an account, or makes changes or
additions to an account must first be named as an "authorized user". Authorized user can
only be added to an account by the person whose name is listed on that account. Any
requests by anyone who is not an authorized user will be denied. This rule is for the
protection of the customer and is followed by all telephones companies, including Vwave
Communications. These new rules were put into effect March 1, 2008 by the Federal
Communications Commission.
